The Sage Building

The Sage building sits on the Gateshead bank of the River Tyne in the North East of England. I visited this new music centre not long after the building was completed and was taken with the juxtaposition between the geometric forms of the windows that somehow magically fit together to form this organic bubbly-shaped building. A fascinating place I have painted many times now.
