Please read these Workshop Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a workshop.
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between Lucy Mathers ("Provider") and the individual purchasing an in-person art workshop ("Client").
Workshop Description and Delivery
Provider agrees to organise and deliver in-person art workshops as agreed upon with the Client. The specific details of the workshop, including date, time, and duration, will be discussed and confirmed prior to the commencement of the workshop.Payment and Pricing
The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon price for the art workshop. Payment is due prior to the commencement of the workshop. The Provider reserves the right to adjust pricing for future workshops at their discretion.Cancellation and Refunds
If the Client wishes to cancel the workshop, a full refund will be granted if the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the workshop date. If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the workshop, a 50% refund will be granted if an alternative workshop date is not mutually agreeable. No refunds will be issued if the Client does not attend the workshop without giving prior notice to the Provider. The Provider will always endeavour to provide a refund or reschedule a workshop so please make contact as soon as possible.Supplies and Equipment
The Provider will supply the necessary art materials and equipment for the workshop, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Client agrees to use these materials and equipment responsibly and to cover the cost of any damage caused through misuse.Intellectual Property
The Provider retains all rights to any materials, curriculum, or intellectual property shared during the workshop. The Client agrees not to reproduce or distribute any materials provided without the express consent of the Provider.Liabilities
The Provider will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of the Client during the workshop. However, the Provider will not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the workshop.Amendments
Any changes or amendments to this Agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
By purchasing the art workshop, the Client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions.Additional Terms and Conditions for gift or prize draw workshop vouchers
These terms and conditions set out the rights, obligations, and limitations that apply to the use of gift vouchers or prize draw vouchers (“Workshop Vouchers”) for in-person art workshops with Lucy Mathers (“Provider”).
Workshop Vouchers have no monetary value and may not be exchanged for cash, you are welcome to re-gift a Workshop Voucher.
Workshop Vouchers are valid for a 2-hour in-person workshop for one person only.
Workshop Vouchers contain a unique Voucher Code that must be provided at the time of booking an in-person workshop.
The Provider reserves the right to refuse the use of any Workshop Voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, or otherwise defective.
Workshop Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
Lost, stolen, or damaged Workshop Vouchers may not be replaced or refunded.
Workshop Vouchers are valid for the specified period only and will expire on the valid until date indicated on the Workshop Voucher. If your Workshop Voucher is ‘out of date’ please contact studio@lucymathers.com to discuss if there are any options still available.
The purchaser / donator of the Workshop Voucher is responsible for ensuring the recipient is aware of these terms and conditions.
The use of Workshop Vouchers is subject to availability. The Provider reserves the right to restrict the number of vouchers that can be used in a single workshop.
By using a Lucy Mathers Art gift or prize draw workshop voucher, you agree to be bound by these additional terms and conditions.
Lucy Mathers Art reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. For any queries or concerns related to the terms and conditions, please contact studio@lucymathers.com
